Mourning Mark Zuckerberg’s Miscarriages – Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife recently revealed they are expecting a baby girl. In the process he confessed they have experienced three miscarriages and calls for more openness and discussion about this heartbreaking reality for so many couples. Karen Swallow Prior writes a very important article examining the Zuckerbergs’ confession in light of the Planned Parenthood videos.

The Briefing is Back! – After a month off, Al Mohler is back with The Briefing. Needless to say, I’m thrilled. If you’ve never engaged with Mohler’s worldview analysis on his podcast, you simply must!

When to Stop Having Children – One of my favorite authors and speakers on everything family, counseling, and children’s ministry, Deepak Reju offers fifteen “wisdom principles” to help guide parents on when the time is right to stop having children.

World’s First Double Hand Transplant – An 8-year-old boy in Philadelphia received the world’s first double hand transplant. Check out his story.

How to Raise Boys Who Read – I was not raised to read. But I don’t want that to be true of my son. I could not agree with this sentiment more: “The secret to raising boys who read, I submit, is pretty simple—keep electronic media, especially video games and recreational Internet, under control (that is to say, almost completely absent). Then fill your shelves with good books.”

Pray for Your Children – Great article at Desiring God on the “priesthood of parents.” The author writes, “God has placed us in the lives of our children so that we will intercede for them.”

Is Planned Parenthood Selling Fully Intact Babies Born Alive and Left to Die? – Though Planned Parenthood is desperately trying to play the victim, it seems their debauchery and barbarism won’t allow it.

How to Pass the Baton from Generation to Generation – Joe Rigney offers some important reflections for the young, restless, and Reformed as the group grows less and less young.

Why Congress Won’t Defund Planned Parenthood – Issues are raised and questions are asked, but in the end it doesn’t seem like Republicans and others in Congress who are pro-life will get it done. At least not now.

Your religion is what you do with your solitude. –William Temple
